➢ Chronology: Triggered by high intensity rain in several areas of Medan City and Rain in mountainous areas

● Medan Labuhan District
- Sei Mati Village
● Medan Maimun District
- Sukaraja Village

➢ Casualties:
● 349 families / 989 people affected, with the following details:
- Sei Mati Village, Medan Labuhan District: 249 families / 689 people
- Sukaraja Village, Medan Maimun District: 100 families / 300 people

➢ Material Losses:
● 311 houses affected, with the following details:
- Sei Mati Village, Medan Labuhan District: 249 houses affected
- Sukaraja Village, Medan Maimun District: 62 houses affected

➢ Efforts:
● Medan City BPBD conducts monitoring at the flood location.
● Coordinates with local environmental parties.
● Monitors developments and weather from BMKG.
● Prepares evacuation equipment for people in need of assistance.
● Monitors the development of the Medan City River Basin Area (DAS).
● Provides an appeal to the public to remain alert if there is a sudden increase in water discharge.
● Evacuates 5 flood-affected residents on Jl. B. Katamso Gg Merdeka Lingk. 8 and 9 Sei Mati Village, Medan Labuhan District (Adult Male: 1 Adult Female: 2 People and Children: 2 People)
● Provision of 520 Emergency Response Rice Packages.

➢ Current Conditions:
● At 10.12 WIB the current conditions on Jl. Suprapto, Aur Village, Medan Maimun District, the water has decreased and the water level is ± 20 - 40 cm (variable) with the current weather conditions being cloudy.
● At 10.13 WIB the current conditions on Jl. Karya Jaya Link. II & XI. Gedung Johor Village, Medan Johor District. The water has receded completely with the current weather conditions being cloudy.
● At 10.18 WIB the current conditions on Jl. Teratai Pasiran, Hamdan Village, Medan Maimun District. The water has receded completely with the current weather conditions being cloudy.
● At 10.50 WIB the current conditions on Jl. Brigjen katamso Gg. Bidan-Merdeka Link. 8 & 9 Sei Mati Village, Medan Maimun District. The water has receded completely with the current weather conditions being cloudy.
● At 11.00 WIB the current conditions on Jl Kwala Bekala GG. Bersama Medan Johor District. The water has completely receded with the current weather conditions being Sunny and Cloudy.
● At 11.21 WIB the current conditions on Jl Jamin Ginting Pamen Complex Medan Polonia District. The water has completely receded with the current weather conditions being Sunny and Cloudy.
