Chronology : Due to the high rainfall which resulted in the puddle of water not being accommodated by the drainage and overflowing on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, Pkl. 15:00 WIB

Kec. Penarap, Ds. Semelinang Tebing
Material Losses: 120 houses were submerged. TDC ± 80 cm
Effort :
- BPBD coordinates with related agencies/institutions to collect data and monitor water discharge/TMA.
- BPBD conducts water extraction in Kel. Pematang Rebah uses a 75 hp Calansa portable engine.
- BPBD gives an appeal to affected communities to stay alert in the event of high-intensity rains
