Description
On 26 September 2023, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Southwest Monsoon / localized thunderstorms may have brought possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms in Metro Manila and the rest of the country. On the same day, several barangays in Mahinog, Camiguin experienced flash flood due to heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon.
