Several houses in Nghe An and Tien Giang Provinces were damaged because of the storm and strong wind. In Nghe An, strong wind and thunderstorm battered district of Tuong Duong, Die Chau and Que Phong, damaging 26 houses and 104 ha of agriculture areas. Further, thunderstorm also damaged 42 houses in Go Cong Tay District. Meanwhile, Hanoi was also flooded due to the heavy rain. The flood has caused heavy congestion in the city. The local authority conducted damage and losses assesment. Logistic supplies and housing material were also distributed to help the victims.
